A lockdown constitutes the biggest psychological laboratory for humans and it was for the first time put into effect in Indonesia on 16 March 2020. COVID-19 has not only attacked human physical health, but has also caused psychological suffering.

The shock resulting from COVID-19 has cornered humans in vulnerability and greater pain due to the fear of infection, loss of loved ones, anxieties about job deprivation, isolation and mobility restriction, difficulty in family dynamism and uncertainty about the future.
