A Joint and Solid Vision of Jakarta

The commemoration of Jakarta’s 495th anniversary this year was filled with a series of events from 24 May to 5 June under the theme Jakarta Celebration – a celebration of all its achievements and collaborations.

Carnival on the eve of the Jakarta Fair Kemayoran celebration or the 53rd Jakarta Fair and the 495th anniversary of the City of Jakarta at the Jakarta International Expo, Kemayoran, Central Jakarta, Tuesday (21/6/2022).

JAKARTA, KOMPAS — On Wednesday (22/6/2022), Jakarta celebrates its 495th anniversary. On the eve of its birthday, a carnival was held at the annual Jakarta Fair, the 53rd edition of the event, at Jakarta International Expo Kemayoran in Central Jakarta.

In his remarks at Jakarta Fair on Tuesday evening, Deputy Jakarta Governor Ahmad Riza Patria said he hoped residents of Jakarta would remain solid and united to revive the capital’s economy; they were encouraged to move forward and improve according to the vision of Jakarta.
