Joko Tjandra (orange prisoner outfit), a former fugitive who was convicted over transferring debt collection rights of Bank Bali, is led to a detention car upon arrival at Halim Perdanakusuma Airport, Jakarta, on Thursday (30/7/2020) evening.

JAKARTA, KOMPAS— The National Police has officially handed over case dossiers of three suspects allegedly involved in the issuance of forged travel documents for Joko Soegiarto Tjandra, a convict in a Bank Bali case, to the general prosecutor at the Attorney General’s Office (AGO). However, the pre-trial motion submitted by one of the suspects, Anita Kolopaking, continued.

Previously, investigators from the National Police\'s Criminal Investigation Department (Bareskrim) found two travel documents issued by Brigadier General (Pol) Prasetijo Utomo for fugitive Joko Soegiarto Tjandra to allow the latter to travel within the country. Prasetijo was allegedly ordered to burn the travel documents in efforts to hamper the investigation process conducted by the police.
