How beautiful, how touching. Citizens who love this country commemorated moments of "independence" on August 17 in peace, as Merdeka Palace was filled with the best visual symbol of the cultural wealth of the nation: traditional attire.
The palace became a place to not show off political or militaristic power, but rather culture. The formidable rainbow of culture is not simply a cultural window display.
