Cutting the Bureaucratic Echelon System
President Joko “Jokowi” Widodo in his inauguration speech at the People’s Consultative Assembly (MPR) on Oct. 20 said that he would streamline the structures of echelon 3, echelon 4, and echelon in the bureaucracy.
