The Kompas survey shows an increase in public appreciation of government performance. However, there are still two indicators with a level of public appreciation below 50 percent.

Greater public satisfaction is apparent in all the fields reviewed. Among around 20 evaluative indicators of national problems covered, including politics, security, law enforcement, the economy and social welfare.

A national survey by Kompas shows that the level of public satisfaction with law enforcement has declined considerably. The most substantial drop is evident in the aspect of equal treatment by law enforcement officers.
