Workers continue construction on property projects on Jl. Sudirman, Jakarta, on Wednesday (23/10/2019). Based on data from the Investment Coordinating Board, the realization of domestic investment in the housing sector, industrial estates and offices from January to June amounted to Rp 7,374 trillion across 738 projects. The realization of foreign investment amounted to US$1.57 billion in 967 projects.

JAKARTA, KOMPAS – Indonesia has been ranked 73rd out of 190 countries in the World Bank’s 2020 Ease of Doing Business Index even though its score increased from 68.2 in 2019 to 69.6 in 2020.

However, Indonesia’s scores in most indicators were lower than the average score of other countries in the Asia Pacific and East regions.
