Thailand's largest bank, KBank, is committed to pushing Maspion Bank into the top seven banks in Indonesia.

A number of people are queuing for KBank services at Don Muang Airport, Bangkok, Thailand, Wednesday (16/10/2024). KBank is the majority shareholder of Bank Maspion in Indonesia, which will be pushed to join the ranks of the seven largest banks in Indonesia.

President Prabowo Subianto and Vice President Gibran Rakabuming Raka's determination to grow the economy by 8 percent by 2029 has also attracted investors to develop their businesses in Indonesia. Kasikornbank or KBank, a regional bank from Thailand that has a network of 70 financial partners in 13 countries, brings its digital technology to support Bank Maspion in serving financial services for micro, small, and medium enterprises of their partners in Indonesia.

President Director of Bank Maspion, Kasemsri Charoensiddhi, during the Bank Maspion Customer Gathering in Jakarta, Thursday (12/12/2024), revealed that KBank and Bank Maspion are determined to strengthen the connectivity of Indonesian and regional markets by utilizing the latest digital technology. Various innovations, such as digital technology, and meetings between business actors from Indonesia and other ASEAN countries, especially Thailand, will bring them into a broader business network than before.
