JAKARTA, KOMPAS โ€“ Long before the government promoted breakthrough programs to overcome learning loss, many schools, teachers and the education community had made their own efforts. They created and implemented various innovations of learning.

According to the results of the 2021 National Assessment, education in schools has yet to meet expectations in teaching basic skills, such as literacy, numeracy and studentsโ€™ character. Schools are constantly overwhelmed by programs and policies from the central and regional governments, which are often incompatible with the conditions and needs of schools.
