Dody Prawiranegara Receives 20-Year Sentence
Dody Prawiranegara's lawyer filed a request for the status of justice collaborator or a witness for the perpetrators who worked together with law enforcers.
JAKARTA, KOMPAS β The state prosecutor is demanding 20 years of imprisonment and a fine of Rp 2 billion for Adj. Sr. Comr. Dody Prawiranegara in a drug-trafficking case that involved former West Sumatra Police chief Insp. Gen. Teddy Minahasa.
His lawyers immediately proposed the former chief of the Bukittinggi Police for the status of a justice collaborator or as a perpetrator who cooperated with law enforcers to uncover the network of crimes.
