Eliezer Accepts All Charges Against Him
Richard Eliezer has been accused of shooting Brig. Nofriansyah on the orders of the former head of the National Police’s internal affairs division, Ferdy Sambo. Eliezer did not object to the charges against him.

JAKARTA, KOMPAS – Ronny Talapessy, the legal adviser to Second Agent (Bharada) Richard Eliezer Pudihang Lumiu, said that the indictment accusing his client of being involved in the premeditated murder of Brig. Nofriansyah Yosua Hutabarat was both complete and correct.
During the opening of his trial at the South Jakarta District Court on Tuesday (18/10/2022), the prosecution said Eliezer had agreed to shoot Nofriansyah after he was asked to do so by the former head of the National Police’s internal affairs (Propam) division, Ferdy Sambo.
