JAKARTA, KOMPAS — Another Cabinet reshuffle is becoming more imminent. In addition to the fact that two Cabinet positions have been vacant for a long time, the names of new ministers have already been proposed. Although there is no definite time proposed, it is said that President Joko “Jokowi” Widodo will soon announce the fourth reshuffle of the Indonesia Onward Cabinet.

The position of state apparatus and bureaucratic reform minister left by the Indonesian Democratic Party of Struggle (PDI-P) politician Tjahjo Kumolo, who died in early July, has yet to be filled, as well as the position of Deputy Foreign Affairs Minister Mahendra Siregar, who was elected as the chairman of the Financial Services Authority (OJK) for the period 2022-2027.
