Don't Leave the People
The people are actually the holders of sovereignty. Don't leave them out at a time when the representation of political parties and the DPR is problematic.

The government and the House of Representatives (DPR) plan to ratify the Criminal Code (KUHP) Bill to open a new chapter in the nation’s criminal justice system.
The nation has been independent for 77 years. However, it still uses the KUHP, which was inherited from the Dutch colonial government. It is natural and understandable that every justice minister wants to reform the criminal justice system. However, problems have often arisen in discussing the Draft Criminal Code, which has tended to be elitist and be closed.
