Victory can bring hatred while the loser lives in misery. How happy it is to live in peace, after releasing ourselves from the need of victory and defeat.

Gautama Buddha's teachings about living in peace, which are contained in the book of Dhammapada, are quite appropriate in coping with the situation of this nation, which is entering a political year, and the situation in the world that is marked by various conflicts. Indonesia and more than 220 other countries are not yet completely free from the Covid-19 pandemic, even though the situation is getting better.
