JAKARTA, KOMPAS — Pursuit of interests and conflicts of power should be avoided between regional administrations and the Nusantara Authority, the state capital city administration, by clarifying the scope of its authority in the implementing regulations of the Law on the State Capital City (UU IKN). In the State Capital Bill that was passed into law by the House of Representatives last week, the scope is referred to as “not yet described in detail”.
