Be Wary of a Fog Ambush as Storm Subsides

It appears that political stability may not be sturdy. Tough 2022 may become a year of victory, it is possible that political stability will waver and potential instability could stifle all these achievements.

Severe traffic jams on the last day of the Level 1 community activity restriction (PPKM) on Jalan Daan Mogot, West Jakarta, Monday (15/11/2021). Community activities resumed as the number of Covid-19 cases decreased and the easing of activity restrictions made the traffic volume in Jakarta back to being congested as in the period before the Covid-19 pandemic occurred.

The scenario in which the year 2022 is a “year of victory” just might come true; a scenario where the state, its people and businesses flourish after struggling under the weight of the pandemic.

Lately, there have been many improvements. Health, economic and sociopolitical conditions, all of which are interrelated, are now relatively under control.
