Plastic waste processing machine based on pyrolysis technology by Sa'adudin (42) at the Technology Service Post (Posyantek), Sukamulya District, Monday (11/8/2021). The machine, which is made of simple equipment, is equipped with an Android-based Internet of Things to monitor potential excess temperatures, gas leaks, smoke, and fire.

Sa'adudin (42) and several colleagues were testing a makeshift furnace fueled with used motor oil. They fired up the furnace at least five times, turned up the pressure and then switched it off. The furnace is made from iron pipes, a burner and a bottle with a fitted tube resembling an intravenous device.

β€œThe used oil must drip [in single droplets]. If it is [too fluid], the stove will not light. One 500 ml bottle of oil can fuel the furnace for 4 hours nonstop," the resident of Ceplak kampung, Kaliasin village, in Sukamulya district of Tangerang regency, Banten, said on Monday (8/11/2021) while fixing his headband.
