Passengers wait for the Damri bus on the Kebon Kalapa - Cibiru Terminal route on Jalan Dewi Sartika, Bandung City, West Java, Friday (29/10/2021). The route is one of three Damri city bus routes that are still operating in the Greater Bandung area. Meanwhile, eight other routes have been temporarily suspended.

The West Java administration’s campaign to encourage public transportation is facing a true test of commitment following state-owned transportation operator Damri’s move to suspend eight travel routes in Greater Bandung.

Dozens of prospective passengers were waiting for a bus at the Jl. Dewi Sartika bus shelter in Bandung on Friday (10/29/2021).
