NU Committed to Keep Helping Nation
Nahdlatul Ulama (NU) has renewed its commitment to continue providing benefit for the people and the nation by helping to solve these various problems.

JAKARTA, KOMPAS — The Covid-19 pandemic has created more poverty and various other socioeconomic problems. Therefore, Nahdlatul Ulama (NU) has renewed its commitment to continue providing benefit for the people and the nation by helping to solve these various problems.
The Rais Aam (leader) of NU’s executive board (PBNU), KH Miftachul Akhyar, when delivering the closing sermon at the National Meeting of Alim Ulama and the NU Grand Conference in Jakarta, on Sunday (26/9/2021), said NU must become a systemic organization and continue to deal with problems at the grassroots level. All nahdliyin (NU members) are expected to increase their awareness of and to understand the problems faced by the community.
