JAKARTA, KOMPAS β€” Micro small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) that use digital technology to sell their products and services online are generally able to survive during the Covid-19 pandemic. However, they still have a problem with technology penetration and human resource capacity.

One of the surveys that highlighted the condition of MSMEs during the Covid-19 pandemic was the Grow with Google Impact study conducted by Google and Kantar. The survey was conducted on 1,571 MSMEs who participated in the Gapura Digital and Women Will training program provided by Google. The survey was conducted in April-June 2021.
