Growing demand for workers with digital skills is reflected in LinkedIn’s “Jobs on the Rise in 2021: Southeast Asia Report”, which refers to job growth data from April to October 2020. The factor driv-ing the increasing demand is the shift in consumer behavior towards increased use of digital tech-nology, the increasing need of companies to employ online means for customer engagement, and a surge in e-commerce transactions.
