Coming from a family of ranchers at the Raung mountain slope in Banyuwangi, East Java, Hadi Apriliwan (31) has successfully fulfilled his parents’ hope of helping other ranchers. His pasteurization machine, using an electric shock mechanism, has spread across the archipelago.

Busyness is apparent in a four-floor building at Purwantoro subdistrict in Blimbing, Malang city, East Java. In this factory, Hadi works every day to manufacture his pasteurization machine, which uses an electric shock mechanism called “electric milk machine” by ranchers in the archipelago.
