The Messages behind the Public Ambiguity
The increasing number of people that tend to be ambiguous in responding to normal life patterns indicates that the handling of the Covid-19 pandemic remains problematic in this country.
The increase in the number of the people that tend to be ambiguous in their attitude is highlighted in the results of the two Kompas surveys conducted in June and August 2020.
The ambiguity attitude is reflected in the tendency of community groups to say that they are "ready" to adapt to a new normal life. However, at the same time, they “lack enthusiasm” and choose to be passive in dealing with it.
