Achmad Zaky, CEO and founder of Bukalapak, an e-commerce company that is valued at more than US$1 billion, said that if corruption was not eradicated in Indonesia, it would turn off the creativity and hamper Indonesia’s competitive edge globally. In reality, Zaky added, that global competition was increasingly moving towards the creative economy.
