After being declared the winner in Category C of the pencak silat mens’ final at the 2018 Asian Games, Hanifan Yudani Kusumah rushed to hug President Joko Widodo and Indonesian Pencak Silat Association (IPSI) chairman Prabowo Subianto, one after the other.

Wrapped in the red-and-white flag, pencak silat martial artist Hanifan Yudani Kusumah rushed to the VIP tribune at the Padepokan Pencak Silat venue of Taman Mini Indonesia (TMII) in Jakarta on Wednesday (29/8/2018) afternoon. After being declared the winner in Category C of the pencak silat mens’ final at the 2018 Asian Games, he rushed to hug President Joko “Jokowi” Widodo and Indonesian Pencak Silat Association (IPSI) chairman Prabowo Subianto, one after the other.
Interestingly, when he was still hugging Prabowo, he pulled the arm of President Joko Widodo, who was sitting next to Prabowo. Then, all three of them hugged.
