Indonesian paraglider Jafro Megawanto made a stunning achievement in the 2018 Asian Games by winning gold in the men’s individual accuracy and team accuracy competitions. In both events, Jafro struggled against fluctuating weather and wind conditions at Gunung Mas, Puncak, Bogor regency, West Java.
“All competitions are tense and equally difficult. Alhamdulillah [praise God], I am prepared for any conditions and always stay focused,” said the athlete, who was born in Batu, East Java, on March 18, 1996.
