Bejalen village in Semarang regency is a famous destination for taking selfies. The local tourism office has beautified all corners of the village and uses its natural beauty to attract travelers. Its development has been funded by the government’s village fund program.
On Sunday afternoon (12/11/2017), the concrete path along the banks of the Werno River in Bejalen village, located on the edge of Rawa Pening Lake in Ambarawa district, Semarang regency, was wet from the rain. A number of local people, mostly women and children, were chatting on the embankment while two men were painting houses with colorful paint.
