It seems there is no appropriate analogy to portray what Trump has done by officially recognizing Jerusalem as Israelโs capital city and initiating a plan to move the US Embassy in Israel from Tel Aviv to the city.
The decision was made at a time when tension on the Korean peninsula remains high, as North Korea continues its threat of unleashing its nuclear warheads; war, genocide and bloodshed are still happening in Yemen, Syria, Iraq and Afghanistan; and terror attacks lurk everywhere. Trump made the decision unilaterally.
