A worker shovels cattle feed into troughs at Gunungrejo Makmur Cattle Farm Cooperatives in Gunungrejo village, Kedungpring district, Lamongan regency, East Java. As of Thursday (24/8), the cattle cooperative had sold 206 of the 400 cows it offered through Lamongan regency’s online cattle marketplace.
At least 22 cows were on offer Monday on sisapi.lamongankab.go.id, a new online marketplace specially developed by the Lamongan regency administration in East Java for that purpose.
The website features pictures of the cows along with the names of the sellers, whether individuals or cooperatives. If buyers want more detailed information, they can just click on the table to see profiles of the animals, including their weight and price.
