Restoration of Services Continues

BCA ATMs at Gambir Station, Jakarta, remain out of service because of a satellite shutdown on Monday (28/8) at 1 p.m.

JAKARTA, KOMPAS – As of Monday, a number of automatic teller machines (ATMs) and branch offices of banks nationwide were still not operating normally following the disruption of one of the satellites belonging to state-owned PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk (Telkom).

Banks and Telkom are continuing their efforts to resolve the technical problem so that the operation of thousands of ATMs and offices can be soon restored.
