Indonesia and Starvation in 4 Countries

News of starvation and famine in four countries, namely Somalia, Nigeria, South Sudan, and Yemen, is disheartening.

It has been reported that 20 million people are experiencing starvation and are in danger of  dying. Without international help, their lives cannot be saved.

This is not the first time that famine and humanitarian crises have struck, particularly in Africa. In 1984, singer-turned-humanitarian activist Bob Geldof held concerts to raise funds to help starving people in Ethiopia.
